Active Irma is proof of what the Savoi process builds. Before we built anything for a client, we sat with our own work, learned where the time actually went, and turned that into a system that runs our operations, from the books and the pipeline to the content and the reports. She has been on the job since 2025, and she is the clearest example we have of what a bespoke build looks like once it is running inside a real business.
What changed after Irma.
The finance lead stopped processing transactions and started doing finance. The delivery lead stopped compiling utilization reports and started planning resources. We see the same thing in every bespoke build, where the repetitive work moves into the system and the judgment work, which was always the valuable part, finally gets time on the calendar.

She handles deposit processing, reconciliations, bill approvals, invoicing and payroll entries, which is how we were able to cancel one software subscription outright.

She sends a staleness report every Monday morning and flags any deal that has gone two weeks without activity, so nothing in the CRM dies of neglect.
First drafts, on schedule
She drafts the newsletter and social posts in my voice every week, and a person edits and publishes every one of them, so nobody starts from a blank page.

She compiles utilization reports, planned versus actual, and chases timecards, which used to cost our delivery lead an afternoon.
Irma is the proof,
not the product.
Anyone can deploy an agent off the shelf now, so Irma is not here to sell you one. She is here because we built her the same way we build for clients, by sitting with the work first, writing down how our own firm really runs, and turning that into a system with the memory, tool access and approval gates the work actually needed, which makes her the clearest proof we have of what that process produces.
Your system will not write newsletters.
